for hire of acts

All Terms & Conditions are set in place to protect you the client and us the supplier

Glam Slam Productions LTD.

stilt walkers

When Booking any of our stilt walkers you the client must ensure the venue or outdoor space is safe for our performer to perform. hight of venue and surface of outdoor space must be suitable for any stilt walker to perform. a minimum of 2 meters in hight is required for any indoor act. outdoor space must be flat. if our performers arrive and find any venue or outdoor space un safe we the company Glam Slam Productions LTD own the right to refuse to perform and no refund will be given.

If your event is outdoor and the weather on the day becomes wet and windy the performers have full right to not perform as safety is our main concern. it this dose happen and we can no longer continue with the booking pease note no refund will be given.

If any of the stilt walkers we provide feel they are being attacked or sexually assaulted by any guest we the company give full consent for the acts to stop performing un till said guest are removed from the venue. failure of this to be done will result in us the company stopping the booking and all acts to leave the venue

Fire acts

When booking any of our fire acts please note you the client must check with the venue if they permit the use of fire acts in there venue. if we the supplier arrive at a venue to be told no fire acts can be used please know you the client will still have to pay us the supplier for the attendance at your event.

if no other solution can be arranged we hold full rights to leave the venue with full payment there and then.

If the weather is un suitable for our performers. We the suppler hold full right to refuse to perform. our insurance dose not cover any acts if the ground is slippy or un safe to perform on. If your event is outdoor and the weather on the day/night becomes wet and windy the performers have full right to not perform as safety is our main concern. If this dose happen and we can no longer continue with the booking . we the company

Glam Slam Productions LTD will leave the venue.

please note no refund will be given.

Dancers

When booking any of our dancers you the client are required to provide a safe and suitable area/podium for the dancers to dance/perform. If any of the dancers we provide you feel the area is not suitable or safe to performer you the client must find a suitable area/stage for the act to perform. Failure to find a suitable area will result in the dancers to leave the venue with out performing.

If any of our dance acts feel harassed our become injured on any booking we the company Glam Slam Productions LTD give full consent to leave the area and seek the medical attention needed. If any dancer becomes un happy due to any inappropriate touching or feeling from your guests we the company Glam Slam Productions LTD give full consent for the dancers to leave the area until said guests have been removed if failure to do so we will allow the booking to come to an end

full payment will still need to be made and no refund given

Walk about acts

When booking any of our walk about acts you the client are required to provide security for each set any walk about acts do. This is to prevent any of our staff being harmed or injured while doing there sets. If any performers arrive and no security is provided we the company Glam Slam Productions LTD hold full right to not perform un till security can be provided.

If on the day of your event it is outdoors please note if it becomes to wet or windy we the company hold the right to hold of on any set until the weather is suitable for our acts to do. if the weather dose no change and you booking dose end. your the client will still need to pay the balance quoted.

Please not we the company Glam Slam Productions LTD will not provide any refund.

Grinding acts

When booking our grinding acts you the client must ensure the area is safe and away from any guests or public. this act is very dangerous and can cause serious damage if our performers are distracted by any guest at your event.

If at any point the area becomes un safe we the company Glam Slam Productions LTD give full consent to any performer to stop performing till a suitable area becomes available. We also require security to be present when this act is happening if no security is available we can not perform and will stop any set till security is available.

If we attend your venue and no security is present we the company hold the right to not perform till security arrives failure to do so will result in our performer/s to leave the venue and no refund will be given .

Hospatality

We the company Glam Slam Productions LTD require You the client to provide the following requirements for any acts booked.

A safe and secure room to get changed in and leave valuables while performing

refreshments- Water energy drinks soda & soft drinks

parking space

(if required to pay we will include this charge on your invoice for you the client to refund each performer)

Cancelation policy

If you the client cancel your event and can provide us a suitable reason why

We the company Glam Slam Productions LTD will agree a refund total of 50% refund or arrange to re schedule for a later date.

If you the client cancel your event with in 72 hours of the event date you the client will still be required to pay 90% of the balance agreed. failure to do so will result in court proceedings and additional charges applied.

payment policy

We the company Glam Slam Productions LTD require you the client to pay a deposit of 20% upon booking any act.

We will then require the final balance to be paid 24 hours prior your event date. if you the client do not provide payment in this time a late payment charge will be applied at 5% of the balance each week till you the client make payment.

failure to make any payment we the company hold full rights to proceed to court proceedings against you the client.
